Stan's Donuts and Coffees seems to be undergoing a boom in business as two more locations are slated to open.
Adding to the three current locations, a fourth one is expected to open mid to late December in the South Loop at 26 E. Roosevelt Road, right next to the Roosevelt Red Line station. The fifth one will open next spring in Lakeview at 3300 N. Broadway.
Exactly one month ago, Stan's Donuts opened its third location at 2800 N. Clark Street in Lakeview and offered the first 100 customers the chance to win free doughnuts for life.
The remaining two locations at 1560 N. Damen Ave. in Wicker Park and 259 E. Erie St. in Streeterville were opened by Rich Labriola and Stan Berman, who owns the Los Angeles-based Stan's Donuts, less than two years ago.
