White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel has postponed for a second time a scheduled trip to Chicago to help fundraise for Congressman Debbie Halvorson.
"He isn't coming back this weekend," said a spokesperson for Emanuel. "We are still working on dates and schedules to get this back on his calendar. The goal is to get this done as soon as we can."
Emanuel was originally scheduled to visit the weekend of Sept. 11th, but postponed his trip after Mayor Daley announced he would not be seeking a seventh term in office.
