Rahm Leads Teamsters Poll

A recent poll has Rahm Emanuel with a strong lead in the race for Chicago's mayor.

The survey, conducted for Chicago Teamsters Joint Council 25, has Emanuel capturing 42 percent of the vote in the recent poll of 500 likely voters.

Carol Moseley Braun came in second, with 26 percent.  Gery Chico and Miguel Del Valle rounded out the top four, with 10 and seven percent, respectively.

The poll, taken Jan. 4 though Jan. 6, is the second Teamsters Chicago poll on the race.  Another poll was taken two months ago.
