It seems someone is playing dirty in the runoff election for the 6th Ward.
The images seen in video posted to the Internet are grainy, but there's little doubt as to what it shows: someone stealing a campaign sign for candidate Roderick Sawyer.
Sawyer sent the video to NBC Chicago and said it shows a thief stealing a sign outside former Sen. Roland Burris' home and then taking off.
Sawyer is in a contest with incumbent Freddrenna Lyle. Sawyer's campaign has accused Lyle workers of stealing the sign, but that allegation has not been proven.
