The Chicago Urban Art Society was giving away free cupcakes outside Dirksen Federal Building this afternoon. Atop the cakes: the infamous Blagojevich stencil, originally designed by artist Ray Noland.
The cupcakes were handed out to promote the Chicago Urban Art Society’s gallery opening Friday night.
The Art Society’s executive director Lauren Pacheco says they expect 600-800 people for the grand opening Friday night.
Or, if you just want a Blago cupcake, Pacheco says there will be 600 more passed out Friday morning.
