Rahm Enters “The Weenie's Circle”

Mayor Rahm Emanuel may have his Chicago residency revoked.

During last night’s White Sox-Twins game, which was attended by thousands of Chicago cops as a reward for their work during the NATO summit, Emanuel went up to the Comcast Sports Network booth for a 7th inning stretch interview.

First, the mayor was asked what Chicago food he’d missed most during his years in Washington.

Hot dogs, the mayor responded. Especially the hot dogs from “Weenie’s Circle.”

(Everyone knows it's called "Weiner's Circle")

Then, he was asked to name a favorite baseball play.

Emanuel couldn’t remember the play exactly, but it involved Cubs’ Hall of Fame third baseman “Ron Santos.”

(The Hall of Fame third baseman is Ron Santo, of course, No "S" on the end.)

Oof. Sounds like he did spend too much time in D.C.
