Quinn Gains on Brady

After months of sour poll numbers, Governor Pat Quinn is running slightly ahead of challenger Bill Brady according to a Chicago Tribune/WGN Poll.

Quinn registered 39 percent compared with Brady's 38 percent in the poll that surveyed 600 registered likely voters. The four percent margin of error means the candidates are running neck and neck.

It's a big comeback for Quinn who was running about 5 percentage points down when the last Tribune Poll was released before Labor Day

Independent Scott Lee Cohen grabbed 4 percent of those surveyed and Green Party Candidate Rich Whitney grabbed 3 percent.
