Quinn Makes Bears Bet with Wisconsin Governor

Call it a little friendly competition.

Gov. Pat Quinn announced a wager today with Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker ahead of the Bears' big game Sunday against the Green Bay Packers.

If the Packers win, Gov. Quinn has agreed to volunteer at a Wisconsin food pantry. If the Bears win, Gov. Walker is coming to Illinois.

The losing governor will donate both his time and his pride. Under the terms outlined in a press release, he must wear a T-shirt that supports the winning team and fly the winning team's flag in his office on the day before the Super Bowl.

“I am sure Governor Walker will look great in blue and orange," Gov. Quinn said in the release. "Bear down, Chicago Bears.”

The championship game kicks off Sunday at 2 p.m.
