Daley, hopes to use his law expertise to benefit the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District. In addition to being a lawyer, he previously worked in commercial real estate. He believes his real estate background could benefit the MWRD, which owns more than 9,000 acres of land that he says could be used for recreation or commercial purposes.
