The Buzz: Former NFL and Northwestern University linebacker, Napoleon Harris hopes to restore his community by being the 15th District representative of Illinois. After graduating from Northwestern, Harris went on to be a first round pick in the 2002 NFL Draft and later started in Superbowl XXXVII. After playing seven NFL seasons, he became owner and operater of two Beggers Pizza locations. If elected, he plans to focus on education, job creation and economic development, and crime prevention.
