Rahm Emanuel's residency rollercoaster continued into late-night televison Tuesday.
"Daily Show" host Jon Stewart poked fun at Emanuel's reputation with a montage of news clips that referenced his "take-no-prisoners style."
"I guess what they're saying is he's kind of a prick," Stewart said. "I think that's what they're saying."
He and comedian John Oliver bantered about the state of Illinois politics. Stewart called Emanuel "uniquely qualified to pull the Tommy Gun from the stone and claim his place as the king of Chicago."
Jay Leno also gave a quick rundown of Emanuel's off-again-on-again relationship with mayoral ballots on "The Tonight Show." He joked that we "let Netflix decide" his resident status.
"If they send you more than five DVDs to one address, that's where you live," Leno said. "That is your official address."
