Bruce Rauner's campaign dispatched its Quinnocchio mascot to protest outside a press conference on the anti-bullying bill Gov. Quinn signed into law Thursday.
Illinois Rep. Kelly Cassidy, a Democrat, tweeted the photo evidence, calling out the GOP gubernatorial candidate for his apparently tone-deaf show of irony.
