    Last time around, the Rod Blagojevich corruption trial dragged on for months and months before the jury deadlocked on all but one count.

    This time around, it could very well sail by.

    Prosecutors say they have only four witnesses left to call. That means the government's case could end as early as next Thursday.

    If the Blagojevich defense pulls the same move it did last time and doesn't stage a defense, the whole trial could wrap up before June.
