One week after Barack Obama tanked the first presidential debate, the president's campaign is out with an ad mocking his opponent.

During the debate, Mitt Romney said he would cut a subsidy to PBS, and singled out Big Bird as a target of his cuts.

The Obama campaign released a video entitled Big Bird ostensibly to capitalize on the iconic absurdity of cutting funds to a children's character.

But the joke might be on the Obama campaign. The production company behind Sesame Street, Sesame Workshop, has asked that the campaign remove the video.
