Alexi Giannoulias is reportedly getting married and wedding plans are underway.
Giannoulias, 37, recently got engaged to 26-year-old Josephine “Jo” Terlato, Crain's Chicago Business reports.
The former state treasurer confirmed the engagement to Crain's but didn't elaborate on a wedding date or location.
Crain's reports the two have been dating for "well over a year" and share a love of wine and philanthropy. The marriage is the first for both.
Giannoulias lost to Mark Kirk for President Barack Obama's vacated Senate seat in 2010.
Terlato, Crain's reports, is a sales rep at her family's wine and spirits company.
