Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart wants to be honest with potential voters, despite some mixed messages about his potential run for Mayor. "I haven't hidden from them (voters) that I am examining the Mayor's office," Dart said Tuesday at a press conference announcing new foreclosure requirments for lending institutions.
