Patti Blagojevich, the wife of former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich, listens as her husband speaks to the press following a verdict at his corruption trial August 17, 2010 in Chicago, Illinois. Blagojevich was found guilty on one charge of giving a false statement to federal agents. The jury was hung and was unable to reach a verdict on 23 of the 24 counts. Former Illinois First Lady Patti Blagojevich will appear on "The Rosie Show" later this month, her first extensive interview since her husband, former Gov. Rod Blagojevich, was sentenced to prison.
According to an Oprah Winfrey Network news release, Patti Blagojevich speaks about the day the FBI took her husband from their home, getting fired from her job, and how her family will cope when he begins serving the 14 year prison sentence.
She also tearfully talks about how they explained the situation to their children.
The episode airs February 29th at 6 p.m. on OWN.
