#RunChi Twitter Accounts You Should Follow

You’re always running. You know what else is always running? Your Twitter feed. Here at Stride, we love Twitter, and we know the most connected Chicago runners do too. From posting your workouts to sharing race pictures, this top social network is a great hub for like-minded runners to gather information and swap stories.

If you’re looking to beef up your Chicago running Twitter feed, here are a few users we love and we think you will too—they’re the essential Chicago running Twitter handles:

@CARARuns

If it's related to running and it's in the Windy City, chances are the Chicago Area Runners Association has something to do with it. Join, train, learn, and more with this non-profit group, a runner's best friend.

@TheRunnersEdge

This Libertyville running store's feed has tips, tricks, deals, and laughs. Check it out and you can even shop online too!

@NTCLincolnPark

Need your Nike fix? Nike Training Club has you covered. The NTC Lincoln Park location just moved to Michigan Avenue, but their Twitter feed has some gems and their group @thecrewruns likes to #getswoll too (sign up here to join the fun).

@3RUN2

This year-old Logan Square-formed running group has a monster social media presence and an even cooler philosophy on the beautiful sport. Check 'em out three days a week throughout the city (and peep at member @RunningGeek312 and his blog Chicago's Running Geek) while you're at it.
