Welcome to Watch List, where we identify five things on TV to watch while you stay at home and bid farewell to Khaddafy. LET’S GO!

AMERICAN NINJA WARRIOR – 9:00PM (NBC) The third season finale of G4's ninja competition has been granted an upgrade to network primetime this evening. Do the majority of Americans have a ravenous appetite for all things ninja? We're about to find out, people. If this goes over well, you could be looking at a whole new trend in primetime programming. Imagine CSI, but with NINJAS. Or a talk show... HOSTED BY A NINJA (hidden behind his desk the whole time!). Or an entire news broadcast dedicated to going on in the ninja world. Grab your samurai sword and prepare yourself for the revolution. ANTICIPATION: NINJAS!

MILLIONAIRE MATCHMAKER – 9:00PM (Bravo - an NBC/Universal network) Patti has to find a wife for a chauvinist pig Canadian who thinks women should stay at home and make babies all day. And to help enlighten this Neanderthal, Patti enlists the help of... you guessed it... Tori Spelling. Because there's no one better to tell you about today's independent woman than a girl who is famous because of her dad and has had her face altered due to various self-esteem issues. Perfect example for the young ladies out there. ANTICIPATION: FLAWED LOGIC!

LA LA'S FULL COURT LIFE – 10:00PM (VH1) Rumor has it that Knicks forward Carmelo Anthony requested a trade from Denver to a major media market specifically because his wife, La La Vazquez, wanted her own reality show. And tonight, you get to witness the fruits of Carmelo's efforts, as La La indeed gets her own vanity reality show that will be canceled within a month. I feel like a reality show is almost like a fashion accessory at this point. I have a coach bag AND a reality show. They pair so well together! ANTICIPATION: INSUFFERABLE!

RFK IN THE LAND OF APARTHEID: A RIPPLE OF HOPE – 10:00PM (PBS) A look back at Robert Kennedy's 1966 visit to South Africa, which was in the middle of full-blown segregation at the time. ANTICIPATION: IMPORTANT!

ANTHONY BOURDAIN: NO RESERVATIONS – 9:00PM (Travel Channel) Tony travels to Kurdistan. I suspect this one will be low on the food porn. ANTICIPATION: SOCIALLY AWARE!
