Val Kilmer Finally Sells New Mexico Ranch

After two whole years trying to unload his 6,000 acre New Mexico ranch, Val Kilmer is said to have finally sold almost all of it to Texas oil executive Benjamin A. Strickling III and his wife, Roxann.

The process of finding a buyer for his massive ranch (Kilmer originally listed the property back in 2009 for $33 million) must've been so arduous that the actor decided to keep a little reward for himself, 14 acres to be exact. For a reported $18.5 million, the Texas oil exec got about 6,000 acres, minus Kilmer's 14.

Kilmer's gigantic property is located about 30 miles east of Santa Fe and includes a 11,573 square foot main home with 10 bedrooms and 10 baths. There are more than 50 miles of hiking trails, 10 natural springs, and herds of buffalo. If this secluded ranch property sounds intriguing then you might just be in luck -- recently Kilmer was granted permission to host a bed and breakfast on the ranch. Yeehaw!!
