The Oakland Hills are alive with the sound of a new listing. According to Curbed, the home known as "the Grateful Dead House" recently hit the market for $1.389 million. The Piedmont Pines community crib, fit for any Deadhead, was rented in the late sixties by Owsley Stanley, an early sound man for the Dead.
