Blue Heron Farm aka the Martha's Vineyard vacation rental frequented by President Obama and his family will soon be put up for sale. According to The Hollywood Reporter, William Van Devender, a Republican timber businessman and owner of the 28.5 acre estate, is planning on listing the compound for $24.5 million.
The grand estate has hosted the Obamas for the last three summers and has served as a summer haven for the Prez and his fam. Located on Tisbury Great Pond in the town of Chilmark, the home, which is reportedly rented out for a whopping $50,000 per week, boasts two residences, equestrian facilities, a bocce ball court, and a full gym. The compound also includes private beach access.
President Obama isn't the only politician to grace this estate -- In 1998, President Clinton attended a dinner at Blue Heron Farm in his honor.
