LX New York recently featured real estate pro Brian Lewis, who dished on Forbes' latest list of the most expensive zip codes. He also chatted about the latest celebrity real estate. Pop icon Kate Perry and her comedian beau Russell Brand have bought a Tribeca duplex (a non-doorman building, gasp!) for $2.7 milliion, newlywed Hilary Duff is selling her Mediterranean-style house in Toluca Lake, CA for $7 million and Charlie Sheen recently raised the price on his Los Feliz, CA pad from $3.9 to $4.1 million.
