Miami Mansion Looks to Set Sale Record

Well, we may want to give it a few more months, but it certainly seems as if the luxury real estate industry is making a comeback, if the sale of Candy Spelling's $150 million manse and this ridiculously awesome Miami estate is any indication. Set on Indian Creek Island, this jaw-dropping mansion was originally listed for a whopping $60 million, but has since been reduced to a still-staggering $52 million.

According to Curbed, the mansion, which totally gives a whole new meaning to the word palatial, is now under contract. Although the final sale price is undisclosed, the home is slated to be the most expensive house ever sold in Miami history, should the estate fetch close to the recent $52 million list price. Wow.

Some of the illustrious features of this swanky property include a 100-foot resort pool, elevator, chromotherapy spa and massage room, a certified green house, a garage that fits seven limos (after all, why have one when you can have seven, right?), and a panic room, in the event you need a safe place to hole up to bask in the amazingness of this estate. And, did we mention that the home spans 30,000 square feet?

This may just be one instance where words can't totally encapsulate the lavish nature of this property. Lucky for you we've got a video tour of the crib. Take a look!
