Hard Rock's Peter Morton Buys Elvis' House

Hard Rock Cafe co-founder Peter Morton just picked up the old Elvis Presley place in Beverly Hills for $9.8 million, reports the LA Times. Elvis bought the 1.18-acre property in 1967 (the same year he married Priscilla) for $400,000. It maintains its original gates, which still have messages to The King written on them.
