While Justin Bieber may be the hottest thing since sliced bread, when it comes to real estate, Ashton Kutcher knows how to wheel and deal. According to Realtor.com, the now-single bachelor snatched up a super swanky contemporary crib right from under Bieber and his deep pocketbook. It's unfortunate for the Biebs because we gotta admit that this house is totally phenomenal.
