Ches Perry of Chicago-based Right Way Signs put his Hawks love on display this week on the side of the Palace Grill in the West Loop.

In 12 hours, he painted a 400-square-foot mural to cheer on the team during their latest Stanley Cup run. The company posted a time-lapse video of the work.

Chicago-based sign painter and hockey fan Ches Perry of Right Way Signs put his first mural up Tuesday at Commonwealth Tavern. A second painting will adorn Palace Grill beginning Wednesday. NBC Chicago’s Kye Martin reports.
