Patrick Kane Teams Up With LeBron James For McDonald's Commercial

Patrick Kane, LeBron James and McDonald's. It's happening, and fans could be loving it by the end of the month.

The Blackhawks star joined the NBA heavy hitter and NASCAR's Jamie McMurray to film a commercial for the Oak Brook-based burger chain.

The premise of the ad hasn't been released, but McDonald's told Chicago Business Journal the commercial will be lighthearted with the three athletes "having fun, joking around and hanging together."

Considering Kane has professed his fandom for James in the past, it should be fun to watch.

Apparently the commercial was shot in Cleveland to promote McDonald's latest Monopoly game.

McDonald's has struggled lately to attract younger generations to its burgers and fries. This week, the company filed a federal trademark registration for the term “McBrunch,” indicating a possible new meal program for the world’s largest hamburger chain.

AKane-LeBron combo could have an impact.
