After missing the Chicago Blackhawks' morning skate in St. Louis to be with his wife, who went into labor in the Windy City on Wednesday, Andrew Ladd did make the trip to Missouri and will indeed be in the lineup for Game 1 of the Hawks' series against the Blues.

Ladd was listed as a game-time decision by Joel Quenneville after staying behind in Chicago to be with his wife. It was unclear if he would make it down to St. Louis for the game, but he has arrived at Scottrade Center and will be present as the Hawks look to grab the first game of the best-of-seven series.

Ladd will likely play on the first line once again in the game, with Jonathan Toews and Marian Hossa also skating with that group.
