A juvenile court judge this morning said he will release a 14-year-old South Side boy who was arrested on charges of impersonating a Chicago cop -- and riding around in a squad car for five hours.
Juvenile Court Judge Andrew Berman put the teen on home confinement with electronic monitoring.
