Drew Peterson is still going to need $2 million to get out of the Will County Adult Detension Facility.
An Illinois Appellate Court refused to lower the $20 million bail for Peterson, who is awaiting trial on charges he murdered his third wife, Kathlee Savio, in 2004.
Attorney Joel Brodsky said the defense team was “disappointed” by the court's decision aftering arguing the bail amount was excessive.
