Go to There: Small Business Entrepreneur Expo

All right, this is kind of a no-brainer, but just in case you haven't heard of it and need a little bit of convincing: City Treasurer Stephanie D. Neely -- and friend of the Inc. Well blog -- is holding a daylong free expo for entrepreneurs on Oct. 5. It's a day of "free expert business classes, networking with 120 exhibitors and 3,000 fellow business owners." There's also a "free lunch," which is something we recently extolled the virtues of in a post by the ridiculously handsome Mr. Jabez LeBret.

According to a teeny-tiny image on the treasurer's website, it seems there will be sessions on elevator pitches and researching the media. But, hey, free lunch and free classes. That's what Michael Scott called a win-win-win.
