Marshall Hopes his Pro Bowl Tickets Go Unused

Brandon Marshall hopes his Pro Bowl tickets go unused

He was last year's Pro Bowl MVP. As the NFC's 2nd leading receiver, he was selected to his fourth Pro Bowl appearance on Wednesday.

Even though he's enjoyed his trips to Hawaii, he said he'd gladly trade it all in for his first ever trip to the post season.

"The Pro Bowl is great honor" Marshall admitted. "It's a ball you have a blast out there but I'm ready to get to the playoffs. That's more important."

The Bears are a win away from going to the playoffs (a Bears win coupled with a Vikings loss on Sunday).

"All we can do is beat Detroit and sit back, have a cup of coffee and see what happens" Marshall said.

How would he feel if the Bears do indeed take him to his first ever playoff appearance?

"It may be like a Super Bowl berth type reaction for me" Marshall added. "It would mean the world to me to get to the post season. Yeah, I'm hungry for that."
