Cutler Knee Injury:Say What?

Bears quarterback Jay Cutler's name showed up Thursday on the Bears injury report.

Not only was he reportedly recovering from neck spasms, but also a knee injury.

The Chicago Tribune reported Cutler had a MCL sprain -- the same injury he suffered two years ago that took him out of the NFC Championship game.

Friday, head coach lovie Smith dowplayed the report.

"Knee? What knee," Smith replied when asked.

So the reported MCL "injury" is minor?

"I know there was a guy that reported there was a problem with his knee, but there's no problem with his knee" Smith said smiling. "Jay is good to go, we're hoping he'll play the best game he's ever been able to."

Cutler is officially listed as probable for Sunday's game.
