Bears Tight End Evan Rodriguez Arrested for DUI

Chicago Bears Tight End Evan Rodriguez was arrested Friday morning for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol. 

The second year tight end out of Temple University was pulled over on 1-90 at Hubbard street at around 3:30 a.m. Friday, where he was ticketed for improper lane change, speeding and DUI. 

Bears officials released a statement about the incident. 

“We are aware of the reports regarding Evan Rodriguez," the team said in a release. "We are currently gathering information to learn more about the circumstances surrounding the situation.”

Rodriguez, 24, was arrested in March on charges of disorderly intoxication and resisting an officer in Miami Beach in March.
