More than 20 Chicago-area spas will participate in this year's Spa Week, which is going on now through Sunday, April 19. Eco-friendly and stress-busting treatments are emphasized this year, which is good news for both our bodies and the planet. At Wicker Park's inventive Ruby Room, which centers around healing therapies, Spa Week specials include a 45-minute cleansing and stress-reducing Enerssage treatment, a signature facial using Arcona products and an intuitive reading with an energy healer.
Get the lush eyelashes of your dreams at The Lashe Spot in River North, which is featuring Feather Lashe Eye Lash Extensions, lash perms, Kerastase treatment blow-dry services and brow and lash tints with brow arch shaping during Spa Week.
Check out Spa Space, a welcoming respite conveniently located in the Loop, for Spa Week discounts on a 90-minute mango-enzyme pedicure and signature manicure, as well as a 45-minute brow shaping and waxing along with a Brazilian wax.
At The Spa at Dana inside River North's Dana Hotel and Spa, choose from a 45-minute classic Swedish massage (one of the stress-busting services), a customized facial or a 50-minute Nourishing Organics manicure and pedicure (an eco-friendly offering). Also, if you can't make it to The Spa at Dana for Spa Week, mark Wednesday, April 22 in your calendar for the Skin Authority Spring Revival event. The pampering party will include a consultation with Skin Authority expert Tracie Wertz, followed by a skin resurfacing treatment and a wine-and-cheese reception.
