Yes, the holiday season is upon us, and we all know what that means: the frustrating combination of delectable goodies at every cocktail party, family dinner and assorted function we're invited to, plus the cute new outfits we want to wear to said affairs. What's a girl to do (besides avoid the buffet line -- so not gonna happen)?
According to Lauren Amerine, co-owner of Lincoln Park's Isabella Fine Lingerie, the answer is right under our noses -- literally. "Wearing the right bra size can instantly subtract 10 pounds," Amerine asserts. "In addition to the slimming effects of wearing the right size bra, you can cut a rug in comfort on the dance floor!" Sounds like our kind of girl.
Isabella Fine Lingerie has made a name for itself for its infamous five-minute, no-appointment-needed bra fittings, which can even be done online by the boutique's resident "Boobologist." The store's selection is wide ranging -- with band sizes from 28 to 52 and cup sizes from AA to JJ -- and labels include Cosabella, Honeydew and Spanx. Isabella even carries wardrobe solutions such as clear bra straps, racerback bra converters, adhesive bras and bra inserts.
