Fulfill All of Your Champagne Wishes

Rebar introduces champagne flights and tastings for the bubbly lover in you

Rebar, the uber-chic cocktail and sushi lounge situated on the mezzanine level of the Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago, just got even swankier.

Now, in addition to Rebar's eye-popping views of the Chicago River and Michigan Avenue Bridge and the sumptuous surroundings, you'll get to enjoy premium champagne flights and champagne tastings the second and last Wednesday of every month.

The "Petite Champagne" flights will offer three 2-ounce pours from a distinctive champagne house that will change each month. (For March, it's the esteemed house of Moet & Chandon.) The tastings will be available for $35 per person.

The "Champagne Table" tastings will kick off on Wednesday, March 11 with Trump sommelier Stephen Lee leading a sampling soiree in Rebar's exclusive V.I.P. area from 5:30-7PM. The "Champagne Table" events, which cost $20 per person to attend, will feature even more selections from the month's featured champagne house, served along with hors d'oeuvres and a lively atmosphere. The second "Champagne Table" tasting of the month will take place on Wednesday, March 25, and reservations are not required.

The featured champagne houses for the rest of the year include Taittinger (April), Veuve Clicquot (May), Perrier-Jouet (June), summer sparkling wines (July), Dom Ruinart (August), Prosecco (September), Rose Champagne (in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, October), Grower Champagne (November) and "Tete de Cuvee" or "Head of the Class" (due to the rarity of this champagne, December's flight will be priced at $70).
