Where You're Dining: Christmas Edition (Part II)

Restaurants that will cook your Christmas dinner for you are a true gift

Previously we covered downtown dining destinations that will be open on Christmas to serve you and yours a no muss, no fuss feast. Here we'll take a look at restaurants throughout the rest of the city that could be your family's saving grace this season. Next up in our Christmas dining series: the suburbs.

Cuatro, located in the South Loop, will be offering traditional holiday favorites flavored with a Latin-fusion twist (think tamarind-citrus glazed duck breast with sweet corn tamale, grilled white asparagus and a port-cherry reduction) on Christmas Eve from 4-9PM. The vibrant, contemporary Latin restaurant will also serve its regular menu along with $5 capirhina cocktails.

Hyde Park's stylish Park 52 will be open on Christmas Eve from 5-10PM featuring its complete dinner menu. Found on a quiet courtyard in this classic Chicago neighborhood, Park 52's updated American cuisine and colorful atmosphere could become your new go-to holiday tradition.

Nestled in the Lakeview neighborhood, Angelina Ristorante features a cozy charm. The restaurant will serve specials, such as capon over fettuccine with caramelized oranges and toasted almonds, and mushroom and black truffle risotto with smoked mozzarella, along with its regular menu, from 5-9PM on Christmas Eve.

For "Christmas Story" fanatics, accident-prone cooks or anyone looking for something different to do on the holidays, Chen's Chinese & Sushi in Wrigleyville will be open regular hours (4-11PM) and will offer delivery service for both Christmas Eve and Day.
