The Inauguration of President-elect Barack Obama isn't until later this month, but one retailer in Chicago is already hosting a star-studded celebration.

The Tiffany & Co. store on Michigan Avenue decked out its main windows with red rubies, blue saffires and, of course, lots of diamonds.

The display is called, "Democracy is Brilliant," and it's all in honor of the big bash on January 20th.
