Talk about the Food Network -- La Madia chef/owner Jonathan Fox isn't content being confined in the kitchen. He wants to let you in on the experience of cooking one of his favorite foods -- pizza.

On Wednesday night, join Fox for an intimate chef's table in which he'll introduce guests to the seasonal ingredients and artisanal techniques he uses to create La Madia's popular pizzas and other menu items. You'll be seated at the cozy pizza bar with full views of the chefs' work station and wood-burning oven. Your pizzas and other menu samplings will be handcrafted right in front of you and carefully paired with wines, as Fox explains his creative vision and process. You'll even get to try some dishes Fox is working out for potential inclusion on the restaurant's ever-evolving menu. And, yes, you'll feel like a total V.I.P.

For the month of January, you'll get to try winter mushroom risotto, apple garlic shrimp fondue and housemade sausage-rapini pizza, along with other savory winter flavors. The dinner takes place at 7PM and costs $35 to join.
