Haven’t you gotten the memo?
Vintage is the new little black dress, and you can get your fill of it this weekend at the Chicago Vintage Clothing Show and sale.
Co-hosted by StyleChicago.com and the Manhattan Vintage Clothing Show, the event spans over two days with over 15,000 items from around the country. That’s a lotta ground to cover, fashionistas.
Peruse dresses, evening wear, jackets, shoes, handbags and more, but just remember -- it’s vintage, one of a kind items, so there’s not an unlimited supply. We even hear there’s even some vintage Chanel in the mix.
If your ideal Friday night is a date with designer duds, you’ll love the preview sale Friday night, offering a first look at the goods.
But if you’re already busy being fabulous on Friday, save the shopping for Saturday or Sunday -- you’ve got 100 years of fashion to sort through, so you may need a little time -- and a latte.
The main sale happens Sat 10am-6pm, and Sun 11am-5pm at the Steven M. Bailey Auditorium at Plumbers Hall (1340 W. Washington Blvd)
