WEINER CIRCLE: Dave Attell's four seasons of "Insomniac" perfectly showcased his gruff sense of humor that it's almost a shame his stint on Comedy Central's revamp of "The Gong Show" didn't work out as well. Attell wraps up his stay at the Lakeshore Theater tonight, and be a true fan and grab the man a hot dog from the Weiner Circle, which he so eloquetely loved in the Chicago edition of "Insomniac." 3175 N.
