C'mon Ride the Train!
Check out some pics from a unique party location this week. Union Station of all places was where you wanted to be on Tuesday for a bash with some of the who's who of Chicago's hip set. Pictured here is Greg Korner of the band Kill Hannah, Carrie Scott and Demeko Taylor. The party was held in and around The Patron Tequila Express, a vintage 1927 rail car. The rail car was in the city for the National Restaurant Association convention. During its long history, the rail car has transported the likes of Franklin D. Roosevelt, Huey P. Long, and Clark Gable. Today, the car is owned by John Paul DeJoria, founder of The Patrón Spirits Company. The rail car has been meticulously restored to its original grandeur. The party was held to celebrate Brook Jay's birthday (middle), the co-founder of local marketing agency All Terrain. Brook is flanked by Tonya and Adam Stevenson. Angelynn Amoros of Comcast, Pam Dzierzanowski of Patron and Chicago Bears legend Otis Wilson. Artist Chadwick shows off one of his designs. Restaurateur Jerry Kleiner and girlfriend Marrisa Molinara.
