CUT THROUGH THE BULL: Have lunch with embattled Bulls GM John Paxson during the Morton's The Steakhouse "Lunch With a Legend" series. On the menu: baked onion soup, prime rib with mashed potatoes, sirloin burgers with fries and broiled salmon, along with some tough questions, we imagine. 11AM, $40 (reservations required).
EAT YOUR WAY THROUGH CHINA: Join in on the Chinatown Dining Tour tonight, which will take you to more than 20 neighborhood restaurants and bakeries. The journey kicks off at New Three Happiness restaurant (2130 S. Wentworth Ave.) and travels to favorite spots like Joy Yee's Noodles and House of Fortune from there. 5:30-9PM, $25.
COME ON, VOGUE: Explore the effect of architecture on fashion at a birthday party for legendary architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe tonight. "Van der Vogue" is hosted by the Mies van der Rohe Society and local designers and will include cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. At S.R. Crown Hall at the Illinois Institute of Technology, 6-8PM, $100 (includes a one-year society membership).
